If you wish to enroll your child in
our acting school please print out our enrollment form, fill it out, and
attach a $50.00 check payable to The Theater Factory. Please send your form and
deposit to 631 1st Street Idaho Falls 83401. If you are unable to
print the enrollment form please feel free to call us at 681-1805 and we will be
happy to send you one.
